Custom Home Builders
Looking for Perth custom home builders that care? You are in the right place.
At Chross Homes & Developments our focus is to make your building experience a definitive moment in your life. Creating a bespoke home for you – using a process that takes the stress away.
Building your dream home is an important time in your life. Throughout your journey, you will liaise directly with Oscar and Chris who strive to provide a smooth, professional, and enjoyable building experience. Partnering with a team of highly experienced designers, architects and consultants complement your journey with Chross to provide the ultimate home building process.
What Does the Process Look Like?
Once you have decided that Chross is the Perth building company for you — together, we’ll commence the journey of transforming your vision into reality. Developing the necessary plans, documentation and obtaining the approvals required to commence the construction of your custom home.
Included in this process is a Pre-Start meeting where you will spend the day with our qualified Interior Designer who will – through a collaborative approach – discuss your inclusions as well as offer alternative options or upgrades to make sure the final product is perfect for you.
Walk Through Your Virtual Home
A unique feature of our build process is the opportunity to see your home displayed on a 1:1 scale on a warehouse floor so you can spatially visualise the layout. We have found this to be an extremely useful tool for our clients so that changes can be managed prior to construction commencing. Experiencing your custom home design at scale can help minimise delays and costs associated with changes.
Construction begins and peace of mind
Once all necessary approvals and selections have been made, construction begins. During this stage you will receive regular updates, remaining well informed throughout the build. Adhering to the latest Australian Standards, you will have peace of mind knowing your custom built home will be covered by new home warranty insurance, a 6-year structural warranty and a 6-month maintenance period.
