Do you offer standard house designs?
All Chross builds are completely bespoke. Each client is given the opportunity to collaborate with our designer to develop a home tailored specifically to their needs. The design will become your property which means it cannot be replicated or reproduced.

How much of the build can we include in our contract?
Chross can undertake as little or as much as you require. You may just want us to build the main structure so that you can finish your home yourself or perhaps you wants us to carry out the entire build ready to move in once we hand you the key. We are completely flexible to your needs. We can assist with subdivision, demolition, retaining and many other aspects of the construction and planning process. It all comes down to your individual preferences.
Are we allowed to make changes to the plans?
Yes, we can accommodate design changes at most stages of the build process where practicable.
Can we request specific materials, products and equipment?
Absolutely! While we have our own unique and high quality product specification, we can accommodate and source your preferred products to make your home extra special for you.
