The first Chross build

This project holds a very special place in our hearts as it was the first Chross Home ever built! The slab on this custom 4 x 2 single storey home built on a battle-axe block was poured in late December 2020 with Practical Completion achieved in June 2021. We had the pleasure of taking this build from an empty site through to a fully completed and landscaped home, and it certainly packs a punch!

This custom home boasts a fully equipped and spacious kitchen and scullery, featuring a waterfall island, thermo wrapped cabinetry for added protection and state of the art appliances. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home in this space! You’ll also find 40mm stone benchtops throughout, full height tiling to all wet areas, recessed ceilings in the theatre and master bedroom and stunning bamboo flooring throughout the living spaces.

This build really does have that little bit extra in every room!
