My first job in the building industry was as a rookie bricklayer, this started my passion for the construction industry. It gave me a keen sense of quality and workmanship – something I’ve carried with me throughout my career.
Progressing as a Supervisor and Area Construction Manager, I led teams with a focus on delivering quality homes on time and budget while providing exceptional customer service.
Becoming Construction Manager at one of Perth’s largest residential home builders was a goal I’d strived for from the beginning. During this time I was recognised by the industry on a number of occasions, with my display homes receiving several nominations and winning best display homes in various categories.
As my business acumen and team leadership experience grew, so did my passion and drive to take my career to new heights. After completing my Diploma of Building & Construction and gaining my Builders Registration, my friend and former colleague Oscar Pit and I joined forces to form our own company – Chross Homes & Developments.
Outside my career, I’m a family man – my wife and I are lucky to have two beautiful little girls that keep us busy. I’m a sports fanatic – love my NBL, NBA and AFL (go the Eagles!). I’ve also learned to cook during COVID-19, so I’m (kind of) confident in the kitchen now!
